Refund policy

1. Processing & Dispatch: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows: We deliver nationwide. While major cities usually receive orders within 3–7 business days, remote areas may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or weather conditions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD): For the safety of our couriers, please ensure the exact amount is ready. We cannot guarantee that couriers will have change for large bills.

4. Fragile Goods & Damage Claims: Perfume bottles are made of glass and are fragile. While we use protective packaging, accidents can happen. If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, you must notify our support team at 0333-3117705 within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Delivery & Returns: Our courier will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided. If the customer is unreachable or refuses the package without a valid reason after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned.

6. Return/Exchange: At Scents n Beyond, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with an easy return and exchange process. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange.
