Visual & Batch Variations: We strive for absolute accuracy; however, because our perfumes may contain natural ingredients and are displayed on various digital screens, the actual product may vary slightly in liquid color, bottle tint, or packaging design from the images shown. We do not offer returns based on these minor aesthetic variations.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer: Fragrance products are for external, topical use only. Our ingredients are listed clearly, and we highly recommend a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Scents & Beyond is not liable for any skin irritation, allergic reactions, or medical issues resulting from use.

4. Order Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. This typically occurs in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors (where a product is accidentally listed at the wrong price), or when a product is out of stock.

5. Payment & Order Verification: While we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, Scents & Beyond reserves the right to request a partial or full advance payment for any order before dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: All digital assets including brand names, product titles (e.g., specific scent names), website copy, and high-resolution photography are the exclusive property of Scents & Beyond. Any unauthorized reproduction or "hotlinking" of our images is strictly prohibited.

7.  Free Gift Offer: Spend 4,000 or more to receive a free gift offer is not valid on bundle deals or other offers.
